Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy have a duration of 10 days from the date of your purchase. If more than 10 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or the original method of payment used for the purchase. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
Check your bank account again to ensure the refund hasn’t been processed.
Contact your credit card company as there may be a delay in the posting of your refund on their end.
Reach out to your bank as financial institutions sometimes have processing times that can cause delays in refund postings.
